Ok for all the people that dont know how this works.
How to play a movie that wont play. The most common reason for a movie not playing is because you dont have the right codec. Vlc player has alot of codecs link below.
1.Download it from here.
Windows

2. Install it.
3. Run it.
4. Go to "File" and "Open File"
5. Browse and Open the video you want to take the ss of.
