If you heard about this site on Runescape.com world 1 from someone saying it then welcome to Rune Hackz! Here you are able to sell and buy accounts and sell and buy gp amongst other things. But don't think there is any way in hell you can scam, all trades will use an MM or Middle Man who is trusted and makes the trade impossible to scam.

A middle man or MM works like this - The seller of an account finds a buyer and they get an official middle man to make the trade safe. The buyer first gives the middle man the amount of money for the account, then the middle man gets the account information. Once he has both, he gives the seller the money and the buyer the information and nobody gets scammed! Simple.

So don't think there is any way you can scam!
