What do you use music for?

you use it to relax? when your feeling sad..?
or does it make you active, make you feel great..
or is it because you did something special during that song..

mine is; meat loaf - paradise by the dashboard light
why? because i already liked it.. but thats how i met a girl.. was very special..

(no i am not that old, in fact, im 17)
