1. Save image to your computer (or if on screen and cant save pic press ctrl + print screen)

2. Crop the image how you want it in Paint of photoshop

3. Go to http://www.imageshack.us/

4. Upload the file then click host it.

5. After it is uploaded it will display a page that looks like this

Then select the link that you need.
